Day 2

Today's Meals

Breakfast: Sandwich bag of cereal; orange

Lunch: Turkey sandwich on wheat with mustard and cheese, baked Lays, a few grapes

Snack: Orange

Dinner: 3/4 Boca patty on a wheat patty with mustard and cheese, banana, 1 1/2 caramel rice cake

Exercise

20 mins. climbing stairs (work)
10 mins. jump rope (9:15 pm)
125 (10 mins.) sit ups (9:25 pm)

118 lbs.
