Today's Meals
Breakfast: Wheat toast with grape jelly
Lunch: none
Dinner: 2 slices of pizza, ice cream cone
Exercise
About 20 to 30 minutes of a dance video...I couldn't get the hang of it though. Will try again tomorrow.
Notes: Today was my "off" day; feel very guilty about the pizza! I actually had four slices, but they were half the size of a normal pizza slice (we were at Chuckie Cheese's).
