Today's Meals

Breakfast: Oats and honey cereal, banana

Lunch: Turkey sub with mustard, baked Lay's potato chips

Dinner: Turkey club sandwich with mayonnaise, baked potato

Exercise

5 mins. jump rope
200 sit-ups
10 push ups
50 jumping jacks
Total workout time: 25 mins.

Weight

119 lbs.

Notes: calves are sore from workout; stomach muscles are only sore when doing sit-ups.
