Day 1

Today's Meals

Breakfast: Sandwich bag of oats and honey cereal; two bites of caramel rice cake (stashed the rest in desk)

Lunch: Turkey sandwich on wheat bread with mustard; baked Lay's; three bites of apple

Snack: Orange

Dinner: Pizza lean pocket

Exercise

6 pm - 200 jump ropes; 100 sit-ups
7:30 pm - 160 jump ropes

117 lbs.
