Today's Meals

Breakfast: Orange

Lunch: Turkey sandwich; dip 'n dots (Bison's game)

Dinner: Spaghetti with red sauce

Walked up the apartment stairs from floor 2 to floor 5 six times; walked up front steps twice
250 sit-ups
Total workout time: 30 minutes

The Dip 'n Dots I ate today will be my only dessert for the next week (I'm allowing myself one per week).
