Day 15

Today's Meals

Breakfast: Cereal

Snack: Rice cake

Lunch: Turkey sandwich on wheat, granola bar, two bites of banana

Snack: Orange

Dinner: 1/3 can of soup, 2 granola bars

Exercise

30 minutes of dance exercise video. I took Ben's advice and exaggerated the movements and couldn't do any more after 30 minutes (I had planned to do the entire 50 minute workout). But, I think that exaggerating the movements gives me a better workout overall.

Weight

116 lbs!

Day 14

Today's Meals

Breakfast: Cereal

Lunch: Turkey sandwich on wheat bread with cheese and mustard, orange

Dinner: Pizza hot pocket

Exercise

5 minutes on front stairs
30 minutes of dance video - Simple Slimmer, Calorie Meltdown and Ab Burn

Notes: Back is sore from yesterday's workout

Day 13

Today's Meals

Breakfast: Wheat toast and grape jelly

Lunch: Turkey hot dog and granola bar

Dinner: Angel hair pasta with light alfredo sauce

Exercise

40 minutes of dance exercise video

Day 12

Today's Meals

Breakfast: Wheat toast with grape jelly

Lunch: none

Dinner: 2 slices of pizza, ice cream cone

Exercise

About 20 to 30 minutes of a dance video...I couldn't get the hang of it though. Will try again tomorrow.

Notes: Today was my "off" day; feel very guilty about the pizza! I actually had four slices, but they were half the size of a normal pizza slice (we were at Chuckie Cheese's).

10 mins. of clumsy jump roping (left calf is sore)

Lunch: Turkey sandwich w/cheese and mustard, 100 calorie pack, orange

Snack: Apple

Dinner: Turkey burger w/cheese and mustard, pierogies (4)

Exercise

None; went to movie, then to bar to watch Sabres game.

Weight

117-118 lbs.

Notes: WHY HAVEN'T I LOST ANY WEIGHT YET???

Lunch: Turkey sandwich, cookies (100 calorie pack), orange

Dinner: Boca chicken patty with mustard and cheese, alfredo noodles

Exercise

Took a walk with Ben and back to Blockbuster (2 1/2 mi.)
275 sit-ups

117 lbs.
