Today's Meals
Breakfast: Cereal
Snack: Rice cake
Lunch: Turkey sandwich on wheat, granola bar, two bites of banana
Snack: Orange
Dinner: 1/3 can of soup, 2 granola bars
Exercise
30 minutes of dance exercise video. I took Ben's advice and exaggerated the movements and couldn't do any more after 30 minutes (I had planned to do the entire 50 minute workout). But, I think that exaggerating the movements gives me a better workout overall.
Weight
116 lbs!
